About the Project
				The Town of Mead is creating a plan for its Open Space, Parks and Trails as a means of establishing a long-term vision and strategy to develop a dynamic and sustainable park, open space and trails system for the Mead community. On the cusp of a large population surge, the development of this Master Plan could not occur at a better time. This plan will identify the community's needs and desires, guide effective allocation of funding and maintenance, coordinate potential partnerships, and result in a prioritized list for improvements, park, trails and recreation facility development, as well as the preservation of lands for open space.
